A well appreciated constellation of the Milky Way in the Southern Hemisphere, the Southern Cross is especially enjoyed when you sleep under the stars.
This piece of worn art honours my time on stock camps and sheep and cattle stations, where my millinery journey began. This headpiece showcased on the runway of my solo show at New York Fashion Week, S/S 2016, presenting as my opening piece.
Since her return from New York i've added seven large round locally produced pearls from Cygnet Bay to the centre of her Kimberley feather flowers and lined the structural stems with 'bling' – now she's fit for a Queen.
